与金鞭岩隔溪对峙，矗立在斜坡上，高200余米。下粗上细，峰体浑圆，色赤。神奇的自然作用，使它呈70度角向金鞭溪倾斜，形似一醉酒罗汉，欲倒不倒，似醉非醉，诙谐幽默。

Drunken Arhat is face to face with Golden Whip Rock across the stream, and about 200 meters high on a brae. It's red and round, yet the higher, the smaller. With the magic power of matuer,it leans to Golden Whip Stream with a 70 degree angle, like a drunken arhat, who seems over drunk and falling down but not yet.
