在水绕四门广场北边有一处连体山峰，公为3个山头，中间的山峰为瘦石一块，高约30M，朝西南方竖立，上部略宽，正面光滑似板，赭红水痕如天书，传为向王起义称王时的颁诏处。

The top of it is a little wide and its frontispiece is glazed as board. Red wash-marking is like a sealed book. It is said that this is the place where the prescript is promulgated in which Xiangwang announcing his revolt.
